As my son had important trial games ahead of him we discussed with Rick what was going to be the best action plan. After consultation with Rick we agreed on a series of one-to-one sessions. These one-to-sessions were carried out with great professionalism by Rick, my sons skill level certainly increased from his coaching and insight and my son is certainly a better rugby play as a result of these sessions and exercises to practice at home as detailed by Rick.
